Craig Maki grew up in Newberg, Oregon, and in 2015, drawn to a close-to-home and small-town feel, became a resident of Lafayette with his wife. In 2015, he welcomed our daughter, and in 2021 he welcomed our son.
With two very active kids, we stay on our toes and are always looking for opportunities to get outside and enjoy the beauty that Oregon has to offer. In my career, I am a long-time employee of a local manufacturing company where I am a Leader for a Global Sales Team. I pride myself in my roots in my community and the relationships that I have build being a long-time resident and Leader of people in the county.
As a Leader and Father, I have felt a calling in the past years to get involved in the local community, so when the opportunity arose to step up and fill the seat, I felt that it was my responsibility and time to do so.
I look forward to serving and representing the community Leader and as a resident of the city.
